🔍 Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
Perform functional, non-functional, regression, and cloud platform testing
Identify, log, track, and verify defects using standard defect management processes
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts
Ensure complete traceability between requirements and test cases with 100% coverage
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (nightly, weekly runs)
Generate test reports and analyze results for actionable insights
Continuously contribute to improving software quality processes
🧰 Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in BE / BTech / MCA
2–3 years of experience in manual and automation testing
Strong expertise in test strategy, requirement analysis, and test data management
Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks:
Selenium, Cucumber, TestComplete
JMeter (performance testing)
Proficiency in C# or Python
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated test execution
Good understanding of defect lifecycle and testing best practices
