Experience: 5–8 years
Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable business insights? Join Niyogin Fintech Limited as a Sr. Business Intelligence Developer and help drive data-led decision-making across lending, collections, risk, finance, and business operations.
🔹 Key Skills Required
Strong hands-on expertise in Qlik Sense and QlikView, including scripting, data modelling, QVDs, set analysis, and performance tuning.
Working knowledge of Google Looker Studio, Python, SQL, and ETL automation.
Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling, data marts, and data quality management.
Knowledge of NBFC / BFSI lending KPIs, including AUM, DPD, collection efficiency, roll rates, PAR, vintage analysis, GNPA / NNPA, and yield.
Familiarity with ECL under Ind AS 109, RBI reporting, provisioning, and credit bureau data.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain BI dashboards, MIS reports, and management reporting packs.
Develop and optimise data pipelines, Python ETL processes, and data marts.
Analyse lending portfolio performance, collections, risk indicators, and data quality.
Support regulatory reporting, reconciliations, audits, and portfolio monitoring.
Collaborate with business, risk, finance, product, and technology teams to deliver actionable insights.
🎯 Preferred Experience: Candidates with NBFC, banking, fintech, or lending analytics experience will be preferred.
