Development Manager

Role Description The Director role at Boolean Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi Division. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations for local teams, including managing project delivery, aligning engineering efforts with business goals, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. This role includes leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, setting performance objectives, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership, contribute to strategic planning, and build relationships with clients to support digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience in technology, software development, or digital transformation environments.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, oversee complex projects, and drive operational excellence.
Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership and clients.
Familiarity with modern engineering practices, product development lifecycles, and agile methodologies.
Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division and collaborate across geographically distributed teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in scaling teams or operations within a growing technology or consulting organization is highly beneficial.
