Key Responsibilities
1. Building Systems Management
Oversee operation and maintenance of:
HVAC systems ( AHUs, FCUs, VRVs)
Electrical systems (HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS)
Plumbing and water management systems
Diesel Generator – Operational and Maintenance
Sewage treatment plant - Operational and Maintenance
Fire detection and suppression systems
Elevators and escalators
Building Management System (BMS)
Ensure optimum performance and reliability of all critical equipment.
2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor breakdowns and ensure timely corrective actions.
Maintain equipment history and maintenance records.
Conduct periodic technical audits and inspections.
3. Team Leadership
Lead engineering and maintenance teams.
Manage technicians, supervisors, and vendor personnel.
Conduct training programs on safety and technical procedures.
Evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement.
