Director - Member Engagement

This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead a comprehensive engagement strategy for a national industry association operating at the forefront of the clean energy and transportation sectors.
You will drive member satisfaction, retention, and growth by creating valuable opportunities for collaboration, industry networking, policy engagement, and knowledge sharing.
Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, communications, events, and policy teams, you will ensure members receive meaningful benefits and remain actively connected to the organization's mission.
You will also lead engagement programs, oversee industry events, leverage member insights to inform strategic decisions, and manage a dedicated team.
