Director of Product, Homeowner & Partner Experience

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Product, Homeowner & Partner Experience based in the United States.
As Director of Product, Homeowner & Partner Experience, you will shape the end-to-end digital journeys that help homeowners access financial solutions and enable partners to serve their customers effectively. You will own product strategy across the consumer acquisition funnel, application experience, homeowner portal, post-origination journey, and wholesale partner channel. Reporting to the VP of Product & Engineering, you will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning product management, marketing technology, and product design. You will use customer research, analytics, and experimentation to improve conversion, increase partner adoption, and deliver intuitive, trustworthy experiences. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, you will guide growth initiatives and support business expansion. This is an opportunity to combine strategic product leadership, strong design judgment, and data-driven execution in a remote-first, growth-oriented environment.
