International Airport of Heraklion, Crete S.A. is currently looking for:
HR Manager (based in Crete)
Responsibilities
Leads workforce planning, organizational structure design, and manpower planning.
Provides strategic HR advisory support to senior management.
Oversees recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee integration processes.
Supervises employee relations and labor matters, maintaining compliance with labor laws and aviation-related workforce regulations.
Drives the performance management framework, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Ensures proper administration of compensation and benefits in coordination with relevant functions.
Oversees training schedules, workforce development planning, and HR-related events and initiatives.
Prepares HR reports and presentations for executive management.
Coordinates with finance on HR budgeting and workforce planning.
Liaises with external vendors and training providers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master’s degree or HR Professional Certification is desirable
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in aviation, infrastructure, or operational environments
3-5 years of experience in HRBP or HR Manager role
Fluent in written and spoken Greek and English
Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office suite
