Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Conducting OPD consultations and providing appropriate patient guidance.
Patient counselling regarding treatment plans and procedures.
Ensuring regular patient follow-ups and improving patient conversion.
Maintaining a high standard of patient care and building long-term patient relationships.
Training:
