In case of commercial field: A degree in business, economics, IT, or a related field provides a strong foundation for success
In case of technical field: A degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, or industrial) sets you up for success
Specialization:

In case of technical focus: Experience in production is a plus and will help you shine
Communication Skills: You should be comfortable using English, both written and spoken — let your voice be heard
