Regional VP, Sales (West Coast)

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Vice President of Sales to lead new business acquisition and drive revenue growth across an assigned West Coast territory. In this quota-carrying role, you will own the entire sales cycle, from strategic prospecting and executive-level discovery to solution development, contract negotiations, and closing new business. You will build trusted relationships with hospital and health system leaders, identifying their financial, clinical, and operational challenges and presenting solutions that deliver measurable value. Working closely with clinical, operational, and commercial teams, you will develop compelling business cases and tailor proposals to meet complex healthcare needs. Success in this position requires strategic territory planning, disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and the ability to navigate long, consultative sales cycles.
