Are you passionate about Identity & Access Management (IAM), cloud security, and identity automation? Join our Cloud Security team and help secure enterprise identities and access across a multi-cloud environment!
We’re looking for a skilled Senior IAM Engineer to manage and enhance identity platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI, with a strong focus on access governance, least-privilege enforcement, federation, and cloud account security.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage identity lifecycle operations, including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of user and service accounts.
✅ Implement RBAC/ABAC, least-privilege access, and secure IAM roles and policies.
✅ Administer SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity federation using SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
✅ Onboard cloud accounts, subscriptions, and projects with secure IAM baselines and access guardrails.
✅ Investigate CSPM alerts and remediate excessive permissions, dormant identities, and access risks.
✅ Support security compliance audits, access reviews, and evidence collection.
✅ Handle access requests and incidents through Jira/ServiceNow, including shift handoffs and scheduled weekend on-call support.
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
▪️ 4–5 years of experience in IAM engineering, access governance, and enterprise identity operations.
▪️ Hands-on IAM administration across at least two major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
▪️ Strong understanding of SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM.
▪️ Experience with identity platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or SailPoint.
▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
⭐ Preferred Skills
🔸 Scripting and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Terraform.
🔸 Experience with CSPM tools such as Wiz or Prisma Cloud, PAM solutions, or OCI.
🔸 Relevant cloud/security certifications, such as AWS Certified Security, AZ-500, GCP Cloud Security Engineer, Okta certifications, CISSP, or CCSP.
🔸 Experience in 24/7 operations or follow-the-sun support environments.
