As Department Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of licensing specialists, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of agent appointments and licensing transactions across multiple insurance subsidiaries. You will play a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, streamlining workflows, and supporting the operational needs of a growing insurance organization. Working closely with management, IT, sales, recruitment, and external regulatory stakeholders, you will help resolve complex issues and improve processes through automation and continuous improvement.
