This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned healthcare growth professional to expand a national network of independent primary care practices and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). You will play a pivotal role in building strategic provider partnerships and helping physicians transition toward value-based care models that prioritize patient outcomes while controlling healthcare costs. As a senior individual contributor, you will own growth initiatives across an assigned territory, from prospecting and relationship development to negotiations, agreement execution, and onboarding. Working at the intersection of healthcare innovation, business development, and provider engagement, you will serve as a trusted advisor to physicians navigating the shift to risk-based care. You will collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure new partnerships are positioned for long-term success.
