We are looking for an experienced Senior Risk Analyst Cybersecurity to join the Security Integrated into Projects (SIP) team within the CISO Office.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in embedding cybersecurity and compliance requirements into IT projects from the earliest stages, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated proactively.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments for IT projects across business units.
Identify security risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Integrate security-by-design principles into project planning and implementation.
Collaborate with Project Managers, IT Security Architects, Enterprise Architects, PMO, Procurement, Legal, and business stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Provide expert recommendations and risk insights to the SIP Lead.
Manage multiple projects and communicate security risks effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security.
Hands-on experience in cybersecurity risk assessments and project security integration.
Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
Strong understanding of risk mitigation, security governance, and compliance.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Ability to lead discussions and manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred: CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certifications. Knowledge of Export Control and AI regulations is an added advantage.
