Travel Sales Consultant – US PPC

Location: Noida Sector 136
Salary: 4-6 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound US PPC calls related to domestic and international flight bookings.
Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable flight options.
Convert inquiries into sales while achieving individual revenue targets.
Assist customers with reservations, fare quotations, ticketing, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
Follow up on leads to maximize booking conversions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings.
Requirements
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in US travel sales.
Mandatory experience handling US PPC flight booking calls.
Proven track record of achieving sales and conversion targets.
Strong knowledge of flight booking processes and fare calculations.
Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Comfortable working night shifts (US timings).
