How can you make an Impact?
Lead end-to-end construction delivery for large, multi-storey/group-housing projects, from mobilization and planning through execution, finishing, handover and closure.
Own project planning, estimation, scheduling, resource deployment and execution strategy to achieve committed timelines, quality standards and budgeted costs.
Establish robust site operating rhythms covering daily, weekly and monthly reviews, look-ahead plans, progress tracking, productivity monitoring and timely escalation of risks.
Analyze and approve estimates, BOQs, labour rates, item rates, contractor proposals and construction costs; identify opportunities for value engineering and cost Optimization without compromising quality.
Lead contractor management including mobilization, work-front planning, performance reviews, billing coordination, productivity, quality, safety and closure of execution gaps.
Drive stringent quality assurance and quality control through construction methodologies, checklists, mock-ups, inspections, audits and closure of non-conformities.
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site safety systems, statutory requirements and Ashiana standards.
Coordinate closely with Architecture, MEP/Services, Planning, Purchase, Contracts, Quality, Safety and other cross-functional teams to ensure constructability, timely drawings/decisions and smooth execution.
Review designs with consultants and internal teams from an execution perspective, ensuring solutions are cost-effective, practical to construct and easy to maintain.
Ensure compliance with relevant BIS Codes, NBC guidelines, building byelaws, environmental requirements and applicable labour/statutory regulations.
Build, lead, coach and develop a high-performing construction team; establish clear accountability, succession depth and a strong ownership culture.
Maintain strong stakeholder alignment and ensure timely resolution of critical site, contractor, design and resource issues.
Use ERP systems, AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Excel effectively for project monitoring, controls, reporting and decision-making.
What are we looking for?
If you are a civil Engineer with 18-25 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (full time/regular from REC/Equivalent) and

Minimum 5-7yrs of site execution experience across multiple locations. (mandatory)
