Team Lead - SAP General Ledger Accounting

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead specializing in SAP General Ledger Accounting to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial processes, particularly in record to report (R2R) activities, and will be responsible for overseeing the month-end activities, accruals, and provisioning. As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of accounting professionals, ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate and timely. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks. - Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring all entries are accurate and completed on time. - Manage the general ledger accounting functions, including reconciliations and adjustments. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting. - Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting team to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
