Senior Manager, Sourcing & Procurement

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement leader to shape and optimize company-wide sourcing strategies within a fast-growing financial technology environment. You will lead end-to-end procurement operations, from supplier selection and contract negotiations to vendor lifecycle management and risk assessment. Working closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Information Security, and business leaders, you will drive cost efficiency and strengthen supplier relationships. You will develop strategic category plans, optimize purchasing workflows, and implement data-driven processes that improve operational performance. The role offers significant influence over commercial decisions, third-party risk management, and long-term procurement strategy. You will also mentor a team member while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
