Job Title: Engineer III – Control Software
Location- Banglore (Hybrid)
Experience: 6–10 Years
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C++ and Firmware Development
Experience with Windows application development using MFC and Qt
Hands-on experience with GTest/GMock or similar unit testing frameworks
Understanding of PLC-based systems and industrial communication
Basic knowledge of IO-Link, OPC UA, Modbus, or Ethernet-based protocols
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software engineering principles
Experience in integrating legacy COM/MFC applications with modern software components
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills in desktop/control software
Experience working in Agile Scrum/SAFe environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with Microscope Control Software or other instrument control software
Exposure to WPF
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field
