We’re looking for an experienced Workday Integrations Manager to lead our integrations function, combining hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, architectural ownership and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Workday integration specialists, taking accountability for delivery, quality and performance.
Own the integration architecture and roadmap, providing technical direction while remaining hands-on.
Design, build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Orchestrate.
Work with SOAP/REST APIs, web services, XML/XSLT, data mapping and transformation.
Oversee integration testing, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Partner with HR, Finance, IT and wider business stakeholders, challenging existing processes and delivering effective technical solutions.
Key Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations and associated technologies.
Proven team leadership experience, with accountability for delivery and technical quality.
Experience owning integration architecture and driving technical decisions.
A strong business partnering approach, with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
Location: Fully remote anywhere in the UK
