Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer for our reputed client with 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, application design, and microservices architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
Develop and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs using Django, FastAPI, and Flask.
Design, implement, and maintain microservices-based applications.
Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Integrate third-party APIs and services with backend applications.
Identify and troubleshoot application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and application architecture decisions.
Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
Mandatory Skills
5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
Strong programming skills in Python and object-oriented programming (OOP).
Hands-on experience with Django, FastAPI, and Flask.
Experience designing and developing microservices architecture.
Strong database knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Knowledge of unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
