In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Food Science, Microbiology.
Manager: Minimum of 3 years in a hygiene management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Assistant Manager: Minimum of 2-3 years in hygiene roles within the hospitality industry, with a preference for supervisory or management positions
Supervisor: 2-3 years of experience in hygiene roles within the hospitality industry.
