Do you have a passion for human resources and want hands-on experience that makes a difference? Join our team as an HR Admin Intern and learn to manage administrative and operational activities in Human Resources.
In particular you will:
Support the administration of personnel, in particular drafting contracts and agreements.
Handle administrative requests from employees.
Support the management of processes related to the working life of all group employees.
Monitor and update personnel data in the management system.
Contribute to analysis and reporting activities to optimize internal HR processes.
What skills are we looking for?
A degree in economics or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical and communication abilities, with a proactive attitude and a natural inclination for teamwork.
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
Fluent in English.
Previous experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.
