Your role
Locinox already has a strong presence in France, and we’re ready to take the next step. That’s where you come in.
As Regional Sales Manager, you take ownership of our commercial growth across Central France, Paris and Île-de-France. You’ll strengthen existing customer relationships while creating new business opportunities and making sure Locinox becomes the preferred choice for even more projects.
You’ll spend a significant part of your time in the field, close to customers and projects, combining business development with long-term relationship building.
Take full ownership of revenue and growth within your region, following a strong onboarding at our Belgian headquarters.
Develop existing customer relationships while actively opening new accounts through expertise, trust and proactive follow-up.
Be where the business happens: meet with architects, specifiers, distributors and installers and get involved early in projects to ensure Locinox solutions are specified and successfully applied.
Manage the full sales cycle, supported by your inside sales colleagues in Belgium.
Build and maintain a structured pipeline, identify opportunities and closely monitor your commercial performance.
Share insights about your region, customers, competitors and market developments with the wider commercial team.
Work closely with your French-speaking sales colleagues and the Belgian inside sales team to grow Locinox in France together.
What you bring
You know how to turn technical solutions into commercial opportunities. You’re comfortable developing existing relationships, but you also get energy from opening doors and winning new business.
You have 3+ years of B2B field sales experience, ideally within a technical or industrial environment such as fencing, gate automation, building hardware or access control.
You’re comfortable working with CRM and sales tools to manage your pipeline and opportunities.
You are a native French speaker and have a working knowledge of English.
You understand the importance of technical specifications, standards and certifications when working on projects.
You’re a natural relationship builder who combines trust with tenacity: you listen, connect and know when to close.
You’re self-driven and structured and enjoy taking ownership of your own territory.
You’re comfortable spending a significant amount of your time on the road and with customers throughout your region.
