If you have an understanding of Philippines and/or other Asian energy market dynamics (including any experience with PLEXOS or other energy market modelling software or tools) and energy policy, this is a definite advantage.
You need to be fluent in English. Your ability to speak other languages is also an advantage.
Ability to work well with people from a range of cultures
