1. Feladatok
Meglévő ügyfélportfólió kezelése és fejlesztése, rendszeres kapcsolattartás a kiemelt ügyfelekkel.
Az ügyféligények, kérések, reklamációk és adatszolgáltatási igények magas színvonalú kezelése.
Ügyféllátogatások szervezése, lebonyolítása, valamint a kapcsolódó adminisztráció és riportálás CRM rendszerekben.
Kalkulációk, ajánlatok, szerződésmódosítások és egyéb dokumentációk koordinálása, az ajánlatadási és megrendelési folyamat teljes körű nyomon követése.
Kapcsolattartás a társosztályokkal és ügyfélérdekek képviselete.
2. Elvárások
Felsőfokú végzettség.
2-3 év ügyfélkapcsolati, account management vagy B2B értékesítési területen szerzett tapasztalat.
Kiváló kommunikációs és tárgyalási készség.
Ügyfélközpontú gondolkodásmód, önálló és proaktív munkavégzés.
Precíz adminisztrációs és szervezőkészség.
Magabiztos MS Office ismeretek, kiemelten Excel.
Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás.
Érdeklődés a gépjárművek, a flottakezelés és a mobilitási szolgáltatások iránt.
