Procurement Operations
Obtain quotations from suppliers and compare pricing.
Support RFQ/RFP and tender activities.
Coordinate procurement transactions and follow company procedures.
Supplier Management
Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations.
Maintain supplier databases and procurement records.
Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
Assist with vendor onboarding and documentation.
Contract & Compliance Support
Maintain procurement documentation and contract records.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Support procurement audits and compliance reviews.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare procurement reports and spend analysis.
Update procurement trackers and KPI dashboards.
Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems.
Required Skills
Procurement and purchasing knowledge
Vendor coordination and relationship management
Negotiation and communication skills
Attention to detail and documentation control
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency
Jaggaer/SAP procurement systems knowledge
Analytical and problem-solving skills
