Evapo Tech Pvt. Ltd. is an environmental engineering company specializing in Air Pollution Control Devices (APCDs), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs), Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), industrial pollution control systems, and turnkey environmental engineering projects.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project & Operations Engineer capable of independently managing engineering projects from planning and technical coordination through installation, commissioning, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
* Independently manage multiple ongoing industrial engineering projects.
* Plan project activities, installation schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.
* Coordinate with site engineers, fabrication teams, contractors, and vendors.
2. Technical Engineering & Coordination
* Review General Arrangement (GA) drawings, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and BOQs.
* Coordinate with design engineers and external consultants for technical finalization.
* Verify site dimensions, equipment requirements, and installation feasibility.
* Assist in technical selection and procurement of pumps, blowers, fans, piping, valves, and other electromechanical equipment.
3. Site Supervision & Commissioning
* Supervise installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of ETPs, STPs, APCDs, and related industrial equipment.
* Resolve technical and execution-related challenges at project sites.
* Coordinate with client engineering and maintenance teams.
* Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved technical specifications.
4. Operations & Project Management
* Coordinate operation and maintenance activities for installed environmental systems.
* Monitor project costs, material utilization, and manpower productivity.
* Maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
* Coordinate with internal departments for timely procurement and execution.
5. Client Coordination
* Act as the technical point of contact for assigned projects.
* Conduct site visits, technical meetings, and project reviews.
* Communicate technical requirements and project progress to clients.
* Prepare meeting minutes, action plans, and follow-up reports.
Qualifications & Skills
* B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
* 6–10 years of relevant experience in industrial project execution, equipment installation, commissioning, or engineering operations.
* Practical experience in ETP/STP, APCD, process equipment, or industrial mechanical projects preferred.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
* Good knowledge of pumps, blowers, piping systems, fans, and industrial equipment.
* Strong project management, technical problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, project documentation, and reporting.
* Willingness to travel to industrial project sites as required.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a hands-on engineering professional who can take ownership of projects, independently coordinate technical teams, resolve site-level challenges, and ensure timely completion.
Candidates with practical project execution experience will be preferred over purely administrative project management backgrounds.
Compensation
CTC: ₹6–10 LPA, negotiable based on experience and technical capabilities.
