Job Purpose
Senior analyst shall work on longer term projects for which benefits are expected to accrue over longer period of 1-2 years. Cross functional automation and transformative ideas for existing projects will be under their purview.
Job Responsibilities (JR):
Provides domain-specific knowledge and expertise ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives
Gathers and analyzes project requirements
Serves as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team
Provides input on system design and functionality
Develops user guides, training materials, and documentation

Key Skills
B-Tech/BE/M-Tech/ME
MBA from reputed Institute
Strong quantitative/statistical skills.
Strong in MS Excel / dashboard creation and handling large amount of data
Knowledge of systems & IT
Excellent analytical, communications and interpersonal skills
Experience Required
Minimum experience in years 10 years
Good exposure in quantitative/statistical analysis esp. statistical programming language
Exposure to banking / credit / risk analytics
Major Stakeholders(intra team and cross functional stakeholders, who would need to be interacted with for discharging duties)
