Role Description The Architect at Design11 will work on the full lifecycle of architectural projects, from initial concept and design development to detailed documentation and coordination with engineering and construction teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural designs and drawings, reviewing project requirements, integrating technical solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with software and integration teams when digital or system components are part of the architectural solution, as well as supporting project planning, timelines, and resource allocation. This is a full-time role based in the Pune Division, structured as a hybrid position that combines on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. The Architect will be expected to participate in team meetings, client discussions, and site visits as needed to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience developing plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Ability to collaborate on Software Development and Integration aspects when projects involve digital systems or smart building solutions.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software) and familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with professional licensure or progress toward licensure preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality and sustainability in design.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects in or around Pune Division is an advantage.
