Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Unisex Hairdresser role based in Vishakhapatnam. The Unisex Hairdresser will provide hair cutting, styling, and hair care services for clients of all genders, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and inclusive experience. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles and treatments, performing hair cutting, coloring, and styling services, and maintaining salon cleanliness and hygiene standards. The role also involves managing appointment timings, using salon products responsibly, and collaborating with the team to deliver consistent, high-quality services. The Unisex Hairdresser will be expected to follow safety and sanitation guidelines and contribute to a positive customer-focused atmosphere.
Qualifications
Strong practical skills in Hair Cutting and Hair Styling for clients of all genders.
Knowledge of Hair Care techniques, including treatment, maintenance, and product usage.
Training or certification in Cosmetology or a related field, with up-to-date knowledge of salon practices.
Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional, courteous demeanor.
Ability to work on-site full time in Vishakhapatnam and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Attention to hygiene and safety standards, including proper sanitation of tools and workstations.
Experience in a salon or similar environment is preferred; willingness to learn and adapt to new trends is essential.
