Working Student Sample Management Expert

You will offer support to senior team members (Sample Management Experts) in the E2E sample management process
You will collect, clarify and process data in the pre-order phase (with forecast updates, clarification of technical content, etc.).
You will receive and process sample orders from the customer /Project Manager.
You will be able to confirm the technical definition with the Sample Management Expert / Project Manager.
You will be ensuring that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant.
You will inform the Sample Management Expert/Project Manager about planned delivery dates.
You will offer support with updates/distributions of the sample delivery plan internally after each meeting with the Project Manager.
You will offer support with ensuring and following internal communication with the Plant.
