🔯 *Position: Costing Engineer*
🔯 *Location: Bhiwandi*
🔯 *Experience: Min 1 Year*
🔯 *Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering*
🔯 *Salary: Upto 40k*
✅ *Key Responsibilities*
🔆 Prepare product costing for sofas, chairs, recliners, and other upholstered furniture.
🔆 Calculate material, labour, overhead, and manufacturing costs.
🔆 Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) and costing sheets.
🔆 Estimate material consumption for fabric, leather, foam, wood, plywood, hardware, and other components.
🔆 Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Sales teams.
🔆 Conduct cost variance analysis and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
✅ *Skills Required:*
🔆 Strong knowledge of product costing and cost accounting.
🔆 Knowledge of BOM, material consumption, labour costing, overheads, and variance analysis.
🔆 Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
🔆 Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
🔆 Ability to understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
🔆 Strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail.
🔆 Knowledge of upholstered furniture manufacturing will be an added advantage.
