About the Role
We are looking for a creative and reliable Volunteer Graphic Designer to support the visual communication needs of Reschooled Minds Foundation across our brand, programmes, initiatives, campaigns, and events.
Key Responsibilities
Create graphics for social media, programmes, events, campaigns, and announcements.
Develop promotional materials, flyers, presentations, and other visual content as needed.
Maintain consistency with RSM's visual identity and branding.
Work with the team to turn content and ideas into clear, engaging designs.
Make revisions based on feedback and deliver designs within agreed timelines.
Organise editable design files and templates for future use.
What We're Looking For
Experience designing for brands, organisations, programmes, or social media.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual communication.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good communication and ability to meet deadlines.
A portfolio or examples of previous work.
Commitment
This is a flexible volunteer role. Design requests will vary based on RSM's ongoing programmes and activities.
