Firefly Health is building an end-to-end mental wellbeing ecosystem for schools — connecting students, counsellors, teachers, parents, school leadership and trusted professionals.
We’re solving a bigger question:
How do we make school mental health more accessible, structured, preventive and scalable?
We’re looking for curious, sharp and hands-on people who want to work at the intersection of mental health × education × product × research × startups.

What you’ll get
Real startup exposure — from research → product thinking → building → implementation.
You’ll work closely with the founders, contribute to work that actually goes into building Firefly, and get a front-row seat to how a mental-health startup is built from the ground up.
