Role Overview
IRC Engineering Services is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive professional with expertise in dashboarding, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and data analytics to support planning, reporting, and management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and MIS reports using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
Prepare periodic performance reports, trackers, and analytical summaries.
Coordinate with departments to collect, validate, consolidate, and monitor data.
Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and effective tracking of plans, targets, and deliverables.
Must-Have Requirements
5–6 years of relevant experience in planning, dashboarding, MIS, and data analytics.
Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and analytical tools.
Technical graduation is mandatory.
Decent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and coordination skills.
