Insurance Defense Attorney | Philadelphia (Fully Remote) – $150K–$200K
Location/Schedule: Fully remote. Pennsylvania bar required. Philadelphia office optional.
Base Salary: $150K–$200K, plus monthly billable bonuses
Practice: Pennsylvania auto, premises, workers’ compensation defense, and insurance-fraud litigation. Trial is part of the model.
Our client is a Philadelphia-rooted defense firm, about 40 years old, with New York and New Jersey offices as well. The Philadelphia book includes casualty defense and a fraud practice that has taken a $15 million verdict against a provider ring. Hour target is 1,900. The seat is fully remote. Monthly billable bonuses sit on top of base.

What You’ll Actually Do:
Defend Pennsylvania auto, premises, and related casualty claims.
Handle depositions, motions, and arbitrations.
Work fraud and SIU files where the docket needs it.
Prepare and try cases.
Requirements:
JD and active Pennsylvania bar
3–7 years post-bar insurance defense — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner
Depositions taken in the last 24 months
