We’re Hiring: Branch Head – Collections | Debtcare Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.
📍 Location: Chennai & Bengaluru
💼 Experience: 5+ years in collections/recovery, with at least 3years leading a branch or team
For 25+ years, Debtcare has partnered with leading banks and NBFCs to deliver ethical, results-driven recoveries across the full DPD lifecycle, from early buckets through NPA. With branches across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Odisha, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal, we’re growing, and we’re looking for a Branch Head to lead our [City] operations.
What you’ll do
🔹 Own end-to-end branch operations and P&L, including targets, productivity and cost control
🔹 Lead, hire, train and motivate tele-calling and field collection teams
🔹 Drive resolution, roll-back and recovery targets across bucket-wise portfolios (X, 30+, 60+, 90+/NPA)
🔹 Build strong working relationships with bank and NBFC client stakeholders, and handle reviews and escalations
🔹 Ensure strict compliance with RBI Fair Practices Code and client guidelines, and maintain audit-ready documentation
🔹 Track daily MIS, allocation and performance dashboards, and act on the gaps
🔹 Handle legal and settlement cases in coordination with the central team
What we’re looking for
✅ Proven track record in collections at an agency, bank or NBFC
✅ Strong team-leadership and people-management skills
✅ Hands-on experience with secured/unsecured portfolios (PL, CC, BL, auto, CV, etc.)
✅ Good understanding of RBI recovery norms and the SARFAESI process (preferred)
✅ Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with MIS and Excel
✅ Fluency in [local language] and English/Hindi

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive recovery conversations professionally.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; comparable relevant experience in collections or banking operations may be considered.
Prior experience in collections, recovery, or retail banking/NBFC operations in the Greater Hyderabad or Telangana region is an advantage.
