Full-stack Developer with AI

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team and take on the following responsibilities:
Design and build AI agents and multi-agent solutions for real business use cases.
Develop AI applications using modern LLMs, agent frameworks, and enterprise data.
Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, business systems, and external tools using modern protocols such as MCP.
Build context-aware AI solutions using RAG, vector databases, and context engineering techniques.
Evaluate, optimize, and improve AI agent quality, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI agents, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
Strong understanding of software engineering methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Java or Python.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, web services and message brokers.
Experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI.
Understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
Proficient in using version control systems such as Git.
Hands-on experience with Public Clouds (Azure/AWS).
Experienced using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
