Senior IT Automation Engineer

The Senior IT Automation Engineer will lead the development of enterprise automation and AI-driven workflows that improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and business scalability.
In this role, you will shape the strategy and operating model for an Automation and Agentic AI Center of Excellence, establishing standards that support secure, reliable, and repeatable solutions.
You will own enterprise automation platforms and integrations, connecting business systems while maintaining strong security, governance, and performance practices.
Working across IT, engineering, and business teams, you will identify operational bottlenecks and transform manual processes into scalable, intelligent workflows.
You will leverage tools such as Claude, Glean, and Zapier to introduce practical AI capabilities that enhance productivity while preserving human judgment and accountability.
The role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic planning, enabling you to influence automation priorities and guide initiatives from concept through adoption.
