The Strategic Account Manager will manage a portfolio of enterprise public sector clients, helping housing authorities and government agencies maximize the value of technology solutions for affordable housing and community development programs. This remote role focuses on building long-term client relationships, improving platform adoption, and supporting compliance with relevant federal regulations and industry standards. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize workflows, achieve program objectives, and navigate evolving requirements. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will translate client feedback and regulatory needs into meaningful product improvements.
