Mobile Core Monitoring Engineer (2G/3G/4G/5G, Linux&Kubernetes)

We are looking for a Mobile Core Monitoring Engineer to join our international team and work directly with telecom operators worldwide, deploying and supporting business-critical monitoring platforms.
What You'll Do
Deploy, configure, and optimize Polystar monitoring solutions for mobile network operators.
Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based environments supporting our products.
Validate network traffic collection, monitoring functionality, and customer requirements.
Perform system integrations, software upgrades, and platform expansions.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support customer escalations.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements.
Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deliveries.
Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and acceptance activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment methodologies and operational processes.
Your Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Mobile Core monitoring and analytics platforms.
Perform software installation, upgrades, and health checks.
Validate signaling and subscriber traffic across mobile core networks.
Fine-tune platform performance and optimize data collection processes.
Support incident handling, troubleshooting, and technical ticket resolution.
Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment records.
Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers during implementation and operational phases.
About You
Experience working with mobile network technologies, including 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, IMS, VoLTE, and 5G Core networks.
Strong Linux administration skills.
Experience with network troubleshooting and packet-level analysis.
Understanding of monitoring, analytics, OSS, or service assurance platforms.
Familiarity with SQL, databases, and data processing concepts is a plus.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an international environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with Polystar solutions or telecom monitoring platforms.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud technologies.
Experience working directly with telecom operators.
Certifications in Linux, Kubernetes, or telecom technologies.
Experience coordinating customer implementations, technical workstreams, or project-related activities.
