Salesforce Technical Lead

Role Description The Salesforce Technical Lead is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that support TransCurators’ digital content and service delivery workflows. Day-to-day tasks include translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures, configuring Salesforce clouds and integrations, and overseeing custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs. The Salesforce Technical Lead will guide and mentor a technical team, perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders such as product, operations, and analytics. The role also involves managing releases, optimizing system performance, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement of the Salesforce ecosystem to support growth and innovation.
Qualifications
Strong Salesforce platform expertise, including experience with core CRM, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, and hands-on configuration and customization.
Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components or Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL) and understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware tools).
Experience in solution architecture, data modeling, and designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce implementations.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and manage agile or iterative delivery processes.
Solid knowledge of release management, version control, testing strategies (unit, integration, UAT), and environment management within Salesforce.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and global clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) are highly beneficial.
Experience in digital content, e-learning, or IT services domains
