1. Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end service and product development initiatives at iHub/Square. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, proven program management experience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
2. Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across service and product development.
Define project scope, roadmaps, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align objectives and track progress.
Mentor and guide engineering and delivery teams to improve efficiency and quality.
Maintain project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, and performance metrics.
Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, project governance, and delivery processes.
3. Required Skills and Qualifications
A. Technical Expertise
Hands-on experience in product and service development.
Knowledge of programming technologies such as Java, Python, MERN Stack, or MEAN Stack.
Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps, and automation.
Exposure to AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Data Science is an added advantage.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and user-centered design principles.
B. Preferred Certifications
Candidates with any of the following certifications will be preferred:
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
PRINCE2
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Equivalent project or program management certifications
