About the Role
We are looking for exceptional engineers who don't get intimidated by unfamiliar technologies, ambiguous problems, or tight deadlines.
We don't expect you to be an expert in every tech stack. We expect you to be the kind of engineer who can pick up a new stack, understand an unfamiliar codebase, break down a complex problem, and figure out a way to solve it.
You could be working on backend systems today, debugging a production issue tomorrow, building an AI-powered workflow the next day, or exploring a completely new technology to solve a business problem.
We care more about how you think, how fast you learn, and what you can build than the number of technologies listed on your resume.
This role is for people who want to become exceptionally good engineers by working on real problems, taking ownership, and shipping things that matter.
What You'll Do
Own problems end to end: Take a problem from understanding requirements to designing, building, testing, deploying, and monitoring the solution.
Work across tech stacks: Be comfortable moving between frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, APIs, and AI tooling as the problem requires.
Build with AI at the core: Use AI coding assistants, agentic coding workflows, and autonomous AI agents to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and problem-solving.
Think beyond the obvious: Challenge assumptions, identify root causes, and find simple, scalable solutions instead of blindly following instructions.
Move fast and ship: Turn ideas into working software quickly without compromising on correctness, reliability, or maintainability.
Take production ownership: Investigate bugs, performance bottlenecks, unexpected failures, and real-world edge cases.
Explore and experiment: Evaluate new frameworks, tools, models, and technologies based on whether they solve the problem better.
Operate with high ownership: If something needs to be done, figure out how to get it done instead of waiting for someone to spell out every step.
What We're Looking For
B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or a related field, ideally from a strong engineering program.
0–1 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, databases, networking, and software engineering.
The ability to learn unfamiliar technologies independently and become productive quickly.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. You should be able to reason through a problem rather than depend entirely on tutorials or existing solutions.
A builder's mindset: you've built projects, experimented with technology, automated something, or gone beyond the standard academic curriculum.
Genuine interest in AI-assisted software engineering and agentic AI — not just using AI to generate snippets, but exploring agents, tool calling, MCP, multi-step workflows, and autonomous task execution.
Comfort working in an environment with high expectations, rapid execution, changing priorities, and significant individual responsibility.
Clear communication, intellectual honesty, and the ability to ask the right questions when stuck.
Prior experience at a reputed product-based technology company is a strong plus. We particularly value candidates who have already worked on real production systems, shipped features to actual users, or dealt with the complexities of maintaining software beyond a college project.
The Kind of Engineer Who Will Thrive Here
You will probably enjoy this role if:
You see a new technology as something to figure out, not a reason to say a task is outside your expertise.
You use AI to multiply your output, but understand the code you ship and take responsibility for its correctness.
You would rather build a working prototype today and improve it through feedback than spend a week debating an implementation.
You naturally investigate how things work under the hood.
You take pride in solving a problem even when the solution isn't obvious.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and don't need every task broken into tiny, predefined steps.
You want to build things that real users depend on and see the measurable impact of your work.
You are ambitious about your growth and willing to put in the extra effort when an important problem demands it.
What This Role Is NOT
A role where you work exclusively within one programming language or framework.
A role where your job ends at writing code and handing it off.
A role where you wait for detailed instructions before taking the next step.
A role where AI is treated as a novelty rather than a serious engineering productivity tool.
A role suited to someone who prefers predictable tasks, narrowly defined responsibilities, and minimal technical exploration.
How We Evaluate Candidates
We care about engineering ability, learning speed, judgment, and execution.
Our evaluation may include:
Data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
Practical coding and debugging.
Reasoning through unfamiliar systems or technologies.
Building a small working solution with appropriate AI tools.
Understanding how to verify AI-generated code, identify failure modes, and make sound engineering trade-offs.
Ownership, communication, and the ability to explain technical decisions.
Why Join?
Solve real engineering problems with meaningful product impact.
Work across technologies rather than being boxed into a single stack.
Build practical experience with AI-native and agentic engineering workflows.
Take ownership early and learn by shipping.
Work in an environment that values initiative, engineering judgment, and measurable outcomes.
If you enjoy solving problems more than discussing why they are difficult, use AI to build faster, and want to become an engineer who can figure almost anything out — we'd like to hear from you.
