Project Coordinator

The opportunity:
The Project Coordinator role is accountable for overall single or multiple work streams with medium to low complexity, including project plan, scope, cost, work schedule, design and build, and contractual deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
• Carries out detailed requirements analysis
• Establishes effective communications with stakeholders
• Ensures delivery to the project plan and budget
• Provides full reporting for own area
• Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
• Acting on behalf of FLS to the customer, partners and all stakeholders for the specific project in accordance with the respective regulations
• On-Time completion (90% DIFOT) - ensure work is executed safely, on time within the contractual period and budget
• Maintain or improve margin on the project, based on the original estimate / proposal costing – 90% of the projects shall be cash positive
• Overall responsibility for contractual project execution and for the fulfillment of the contractual obligations, including submission of all deliverables as per agreed Deliverables List / VDDR.
• Raise / Advise to raise invoices in accordance with the contract and eventual project close outs. Invoice submissions against milestones shall be 100% in accordance with the contract / PO terms
• Overall responsibility for achieving the project objectives in accordance with the respective internal quality standards, regulations (e.g., procedures, instructions) and Lessons Learnt set by FLS
• Overall responsibility for costs, quality, safety and schedule within the scope of the project
• Overall responsibility for compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, e.g., tax, export control, insurance, visa, work permits, labor laws, health / safety / environmental regulations of the region that the project belongs to.
• Reporting in accordance with the client’s requirements
• Participate in reviewing estimates for new projects / proposals with Inside Sales / Proposals.
