As a Guru you will be accountable for:
Driving efficiency and effectiveness in procurement processes, optimizing the sourcing of goods and services.
Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships to secure advantageous terms and enhance collaboration.
Negotiating contracts to achieve cost savings and ensure alignment with regulations and policies.
Contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives, resulting in increased value and reduced procurement costs.
Utilizing data analysis to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making in procurement activities.
Ensuring strict compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and risk management protocols.
Leading cross-functional collaboration to streamline procurement processes, driving operational efficiency.
Supporting the procurement team in meeting and exceeding targets, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
We're looking for someone who:
Is experienced in indirect procurement across technology, marketing, human resources or other complex procurement categories.
Has strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with business teams on procurement matters and implementing new processes to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Has ability to negotiate contracts, assess vendor performance, and manage supplier relationships effectively.
Has Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
