Program Manager – Regulatory Programs & Capability Development

Lead global regulatory transformation programs and implementation initiatives
Translate regulatory requirements into operating models, roadmaps and delivery plans
Manage program governance, milestones, risks, dependencies and executive reporting
Facilitate Steering Committees and executive decision-making forums
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across regions, business units and corporate functions
Develop reusable regulatory capabilities, standards and operating-model components
Define transition and handover plans to ensure sustainable implementation
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Operations Management or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in international program, project or transformation management
Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix organization
Strong expertise in program governance, organizational change and implementation management
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English; German is an advantage
Experience with PPWR, CPR, DWD or comparable regulatory transformation initiatives is highly desirable
