UI/UX Designer

Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas and business requirements into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, responsive interfaces, and design systems. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design engaging web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, and dashboards.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user needs.
Create user personas, user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Develop high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar design tools.
Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Build and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to translate requirements into design solutions.
Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, icons, and visual hierarchy.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.
Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
Review implemented interfaces and identify design inconsistencies or usability issues.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also welcome.
Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, prototyping, and design systems.
Strong understanding of UI design principles, UX research, user flows, and information architecture.
Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, grids, and spacing.
Understanding of usability, accessibility, and human-centered design.
Ability to create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
A portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects is required.
Preferred Skills
Experience designing SaaS platforms, admin dashboards, or B2B applications.
Familiarity with Material Design, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and responsive design patterns.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows.
Experience working with developers using React, Flutter, or other modern application frameworks.
Familiarity with usability testing, analytics, and data-driven design improvements.
Experience designing AI-powered products, complex workflows, or enterprise software.
