We’re looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join a distributed engineering team building a modern HR, Workforce Management & Fintech SaaS platform used by businesses across the U.S.You’ll work on production mobile applications used for employee scheduling, time tracking, payroll-related workflows, communication, and other critical workforce operations — with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and great mobile UX.
🚀 What you’ll be working on
Build and maintain React Native applications for iOS & Android
Develop reusable, scalable components using JavaScript & TypeScript
Create responsive and intuitive mobile experiences across different devices
Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs & backend services
Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Backend, QA & DevOps throughout the full SDLC
Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and feature planning
Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code
Review code, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve performance & reliability
Use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, documentation, and delivery
🔎 What we’re looking forMust-have:
6+ years of professional software development experience
5+ years of hands-on React Native experience with production mobile apps
Strong JavaScript & TypeScript
Solid knowledge of React Native architecture, hooks, navigation & state management
Experience integrating REST APIs
Experience publishing and maintaining apps on both iOS & Android
Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns
Experience working with Agile & distributed remote teams
Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar
Strong Git knowledge
Excellent written and spoken English
